GP4 does not even start up

I recently downloaded 2007 Mod to GP4. It played fine for a week. Than, I had to change anim.wad, because it was corrupted and it could not load the game. Now, I have a problem that the game does not even start up. It happened first time after 6 months of playing. I tried to re-install, but my disc with game is broken and does not read files inside. I can't do anything now, because GP4 is not sold in my country anymore. Any help?

It crashes to desktop when I am trying to run Gp4.exe. Surprisigly, this error is fixed on CSM, so I made a mod on CSM that included wad files from 2007 Season, unfortunately, cars are messed up (e.g.: Ferrari as Mclaren or Mclaren as Ferrari). The only mods without this error are mods downloaded from Gp4db...so yeah now i need other kind of help.
