Painter needed

hey guys. can anyone suggest a car painter? or anything i can use to easily modify the textures of a car? need one.

There are some that can help you.
- Photoshop;
- Adobe Ilustration;
- Photopaint
If you want to make more radical changes in painting, I recommend using the CorelDraw, along with one of the above programs.

what can i use to assign textures? same programs?

You will also need Slimtex (Zaz Tools) to convert the files from tga to tex. Check the GP4 FAQ for info on how to.
