Need help with 1991 mod!!!

Hello Guys!

I'm working on an upgrade to a 1991 car and I want to test it ingame using the 1991 mod. My problem is: I can't seem to find where the hell all the tweaker files are, regarding helmet positions, wheels and so on. Inside the tweaker folder of the mod I found a few visor tweaks and a lot of .bin files...
Can anyone help me??

the tweaker settings are stored in the .bin files. afaik you can't access or change them

I made an 1991 mod with tweaker settings that you can change the positions. Besides that, I put all other minow teams too. If the original author can provide authorization I can release this one.

how to edit the back light (to rear light) of the cars for tweaker?
