F1 2010 Codemaster

Hi gays
I am Big Problum Plz. Solution my problum
1- Install the F1 2010 Codemasters game
2- click F1 2010 Icon
3- Game display>windows live>sign up>local profile created>signed in>create Autosave game Yes>save data is corrupted
so I played game without save every time its a big problums.
