CSM problem that I cant figure out

When i play the 2005 mod lately when i try to exit the session CSM crashes then i get a message

Cant swap file
"Sound\PC\tk1.st1
" to "
Gpsaves\Carsets\2005Mod_FinalRelease(2.)\Data\Music\tk3.st1"
If you click ignore then I will no longer attempt to restore.
If you click about I will try again next time

When i click retry same things comes up.
Anyone know what may be wrong?

Remove the file and see if it happens again, if not, the file is probably corrupt.
