How to create a CSM mod?

How do I create a mod CSM as the 2006 Tony and GP4 Italia???

Open CSM,go to File and click on Install New Carset Template

for the other things a post isn't enough

There currently isn't a tutorial I'm afraid - the best way to create a mod is either using csm to create a mod from a normal gp4 installation and then editing it, or if you want to create it from scratch then try looking through other mods to work out how the file system works etc.

I found the best way is to use the empty mod that is on gp4db.com and just change the ID code when it says so and work from there. A little bit of editing in notepad sorts out the problems.
