power and grip factor in magicdata

Hi guys,

I was wondering whether the power factors and grip factors (ace --- beginner) in the magicdata files have influence on both human drivers and AI or only on the human drivers.
Could someone please clear this out for me?

These are just for the AI cars to fine tune their performance in the Magic Data... :-)
