Hi, I just bought myself a Windows 7 PC. However, Wadupdater doesn't work. It opens in such a small window that it is impossible to reach the wad file icon. For some strange reason I ignore, the window cannot be expanded either. What can I do about this? Is there any Windows 7 compatible tool for updating wad files?
Thank you

hotHello JPMrules !

If you want to open the icons, you only have to hit the - " Show/Hide files in the wad " - ;) button on the bottom of the wadupdater, try this - it will help,
had the same problem, now it works perfect !

You could also use the Wad updater in Zaz Tools. :-) Get it from gp4db.com

[www.mediafire.com] Some say you should click it, you know you want to. :-) [www.gp4central.com] <----GP4 Central

It's not due to Windows 7 but to your screens pixel density. In some countries, Windows is preset for 120dpi while for most of the rest of the world, it's 96dpi. You can tweak this in windows configuration panel if you want.
GP4Builder was updated to handle both density but wadupdater wasn't yet.

Hello again. ZAZ Tools' Easy wad seems such a neat application. However, i still can't figure out how to update the cars.wad file (LOL). Is there any tutorial available or can anybody shed a light on how this program works?

Thank you!!!

The problem is, everytime I try to update the cars.wad file, a "no writing privileges" message appears. How can I solve this?

You need admin privileges. Right click on the EasyWad icon, go to properties, then the compatibility tab. Tick 'run as administrator' box (it's down the bottom) and you should be good to go!
