game is crashing during loading tracks

hi guys,

gp4 is crashing during loading tracks. Can someone help me? I tryed a lot but nothing worked. GPXpatch with this settings: CPU 0-1-all, extended pause mode, debug mode low-high, disable progressbar. GP4 graphic settings all to HI, because of nicks 2010 mod.

Enabled f1 graphic settings simple (by zaz tools): Enable 32bit if available, enable T&L, increase car texture quality, bump map track, rotate wheels via texture, enable mirrors.

System config:

Looks like an error in the mirrors! I had the same problem yesterday more or less. Had to re-install the cars liveries. Mortal's good with these he'll know what's up!

i was thinking about this too. but why the game crashes even when i deactivate the mirrors?

There is a problem with that panel for starters ok. It's being called on and it looks like some of it is non-existent. It is not the mirrors, that is a generic error that always shows up, even with an off the cd installation afaik.

You have a problem with this entry point procedure as well, check the validity of this file as well. Run a full malware scan please, also run Hijack This, (after a malware scan) before you make any changes, please post the log in a Hijack This error log topic for me to look at before you make any changes to your system. Replace the anim.wad with an off the cd version as well.

These textures, and the fonts...have been called on three or four times, that should not be happening, check the validity of the textures, correct size etc. I think a full original install is in order tbh. If you don't have the original cd, it's hard to fix anything properly, because you do not have the original base to work with ok.

thanks for you answer. i installed spybot and cleand my system. afer using hjack this i solved a few things. i replace the anim.wad with the original file and i deactivatet 2005 f1 hud. but still the game crashes.


any other ideas??
