GPGSL4 Mod problem

Sorry to create a new topic just for this, but i didn't found other way... so...

just got back to GP4 after some years and i'm still readjusting to CSM and other stuffs...
i installed GPGSL Season 4 CSM Mod but when i start the game, my resolution becomes 800x600...

i have two f1graphics.cfg files
one at C:\Program Files (x86)\Infogrames\Grand Prix 4
and the other at C:\Program Files (x86)\Infogrames\Grand Prix 4\GPSAVES\Carsets\GPGSL-S4-2010 Race Drivers\Data

both of them are configured to 1900x1200

PS: drivers and teams names don't change also...

To change the team and driver names, set csm to disable quick-start, then when gpx loads before game start, browse to the gpx tab for the performance file and load it, then the names will change. As for the graphics, are both cfg's set to 1 for the first line? I compiled the S4 mod and it runs at 1024 x 768 for me.

tested with both cfg's set to 1 and with both set to 0... nothing changes... still 800x600

drivers and teams names works fine now, thanks...

Delete them both and see what you get.

i got it running at 1024 x 768... inside the game i can change to 1600 x 1200... is that the maximum resolution?

Yes, afaik, but I think somehow you can force it higher. The Season 5 mod is due for release in August, Round 1 July 30th. See the sticky GPGSL topic for more info.

so, anybody knows how (if there is a way) i can change the game resolution to 1920 x 1080?

There is probably a maximum resolution, and you might have achieved it.

AS stated above, if you've got this on your first 3 lines in f1graphics.cfg ....

1 ; f1graphics.cfg controls all settings (default 0)
1920 ; [RELEASE] Game 3D Horizontal Resolution
1080 ; [RELEASE] Game 3D Vertical Resolution

... you should be getting this resolution in game. The menus will show 800x600 and menus will look different but ingame resolution should be okay.
