GP4 Builder Crashes...Help!!!

I'm trying to convert some gp3 tracks to gp4 and maybe to other simulators too. However, when a go to open the .dat file of gp3 track, gp4builder crashes...
How i could to solve this problem???

Sorry but GP4Builder can't read GP3 .dat files.

I kept some options to be able to read GP3 .dat files one day but so far it's definitely not implemented yet.

How i can to read .dat files of GP3???
I can't find anything about to read these files and conversion of these tracks?

Well, you can read them with Paul Hoad's track editor obviously but no tool can automaticaly convert .dat from GP3 to GP4.

according to your screenshot, you already have GP3 track editor anyway - the icon of the file is the one generated by Paul Hoad's track editor i do believe

Yes, i have Paul Hoad's track editor and it's great to convert gp2 to gp3 tracks, but the export option is only to vrml (i dont have ideia how to work with this file....) and glGP (GPL????). So i go to use this glGP format .trk, but the Track Maker software does not convert this file... So, i don't know what to do....
I want to convert these tracks, because they exist just to the GP3 , only for my personal use.
