TCam - How can I change the view in the mirror?

I've got a problem with a car. I use only the TCam View when I'm driving around the circuit. The view of the mirrors are switched cause I see in the left mirror everything, which should be in the right mirror. Same for right mirror, where I see the things which should be in the left mirror.

I read, that this can be change in the GP4 Builder, but where and how?
Flip the Mapping of the texture horizontal.
You can do it if you double click on the mirror.
Then appears a new windows with the texture and few buttons.
One of it is the button to flip the mapping ... I think the first button.
You must do it with both mirrors ;-)

strange - I double clicked on the mirror, but a new windows with the texture and few buttons doesn't disappear . Or I'm blind?

you must go one step up(up button)

after that it must appear a window with the texture(or a window with a empty texture field)
below the texture are the buttons

this one sounds plausible
yes that is the window...but you hasnt the latest gp4builder version...
you need the latest Builder version for it

Or you can try a other way...
you move the right mirror on the left side and the left mirror on the right side.
than you change the name and save it. ;-)

but i dont know if it's works right

The other solution into Zmodeler:

1: Hide all the objects excepted one mirror.
2: click on "Select/ single" and click right on the mirror
3: click on the faces tool (or press 3 on your keyboard) and click right on your mirror
4: Then choose: Select/ By material and select the texture assigned to the mirror ( It will appear in red)
5: Choose: Surface/Mapping/Assign UV and click left on one of the selected faces
6: click on select/none, click-right into your window to deselect the faces, press 4 on your keyboard, click right into your window, click on the "SEL" button to deselct it
7: open the UVmapper window, choose Modify/move and displace the mirror on the other side of the texture (left if it is on the right or right if it is on the left)

Once it is done, do the same procedure for the other mirror, save into .gp4 format. It is done.

Don't worry it is faster to do than to write

quick download of the new gp4builder version done - tested your tipp DarkListener and it worked. I thank you also Excalibur. ;-)

Now, I've got a another question: the mirror view is correct now, but the driver's helmet is on the wrong side. Look by yourself...

have you move it or flip the texture?

maybe you must do both...

move the mirror on the otherside and flip the uv-mapping...
i havent a other idea...

That's why I gave the solution with Zmodeler. On GP4Builder you can only flip the U and V mapping but not to move them (well, maybe it is possible but I don't know how to do with GP4 builder)

The solution I gave with Zmodeler is to invert the mapping to get the right and the left mirror views at the good place. It allows to not invert and rotate the mirrors manually because it makes time to do it with precision;-)

I see. Ok, I'm now doing your step Excalibur. Do I need for this a new version of zmodeler? I ask you because I got the v1.07.

I use the version1.07b so, you have got what you need :-)

PS: Before to do this, don't forget to convert your tex into TGA and to assign your textures into Zmodeler.

2: click on "Select/ single" and click right on the mirror
3: click on the faces tool (or press 3 on your keyboard) and click right on your mirror

nothing appear when I click right on the mirror.

Ok, send me your files, I will do it for you and I will make a complete tutorial with pictures later...

For 2: your mirror must appear in red when you click-right on it
For 3: press the 3 key, not on your numrical keyboard, but the 3 ("#) touch, then, when you click-right, you see the faces are not selected. It is ok... Go to the next step, Select/ by material, your faces will appears in red....
