gp4 tweaker beta3 !

I have a problem with the language and the quali rule in gp4?
the language is always in english and i will it in german.
when i the quali rule change the nummer and in gp4 it is not change the drivers.
please help me?
have do your gp4 tweaker beta 3 files for me?

Hmmm...
I though I wrote the same answer at another thread.
Creating the gp4tweaker_data folder thingy...

Should I answered again. Ok, here they goes:
1) Create a new folder in <gp4_path>\gp4tweaker_data
2) Copy (or move) old qualrule.ini into this folder.
3) Copy (or move) old ldata\gp4tweak.msg into this folder and rename as msg.ini.
4) Done.
