Monaco 2008 by gp4free always crashes

Whenever I try and load this track, it crashes at the end of the loading bar every time. Are there any fixes avaliable because I want to use the track but it has never worked.

Don't even bother with this track if you are playing with keyboard.

Because once you manage to fix the crashes for start-up, you will have crashes all the time on-track. The CC line is NOT GOOD for keyboarders.

Yes I had a Monaco track in a 2007 Trackpack that doesn't work too, maybe it is this track. The Track uses the new Pit layout, maybe there's a bug... If I use a 2008 Monaco Track with old pitlane, all worked fine.
