Need to get rid of these [fixed]

See items in RED. Where are these items located, I don't want them on the screen. I thought I could disable in GpxCInfo, but I don't see these items there.

When you start the game go to main menu, options, graphics, and turn off the tv overlays(makes sure their isn't a solid white dots next to tv overlays)
