Hi!

Does anybody know a good Force India 2009 which is already released or should be released soon? I have the Force India of fisicotheboss but the damage model isn´t good and the car has many errors. So I look for another one. I hope you can help me!

I think the version made Fisico is great and the most accurate one you can find, much better than those fictional are and will ever be.

Hi!

I didn´t say that the car is bad, but it has many small errors (damage model, some parts of the car dissapear if I overtake a Force India). Are there any Force Indias WIP?

you need to correct the scenes for both shapes with gp4 builder, because there are 30 scenes and there needs to be 28 scenes. So open the shapes in gp4 builder, doubleclick on scenes 1 and then doubleclick on scene1 30. After this, mark the extrafile and then click on Edit. In the new window choose Group with object.. and then click on Cockpit at the top of the List in the next window. Do the same with the second extra file and after this click on Action - sort car objects and save the shape, that's all

Hi!

@quickslick: I did this and now the damage model is better. After a crash there aren´t three rotating carshapes any more. But now if i loose the nose the two vertical pieces of the nose cone don´t break off and hang around in the air. Another problem is if I overtake a Force India. Then if I come nearer to the car suddenly some parts of the car dissappear (the rear wing, the front wing, ..)

How can I fix these errors? Could somebody of you modify this carshape or is that too much work?

Hi!

I can´t do it too because I haven´t got the know-how to do it.

How many hours do you need for a update? I hope it is not too long because that is time of your private life!

EDIT: I have now tried to group these vertical parts with the nose cone, but now the game crashes during the loading process. What do I make false? Isn´t this possible?

I fully re-visit this car two month ago with excalibur
- new mapping
- new textures
- tweaked shape
- free of bug damage
- lower lods by excalibur
- etc...

I did it for the fun and sent to fisico all the files.

So, as we didn't get yet fisico's authorisation to release it, it still stay on our HD.

He told me some days ago, he is working on improved shapes and on several race versions.
So you should have to wait a little bit :)

On an other side, RSCT is working at the mapping and at the textures of this car for FSONE 2009.
so it's not for now.... but you can trust me, this car will be great

So, as you can see above, a new version of the Force India has been made by Gezere but it is still in the fridge ;)

But, I have fixed the bugs of the first Force India by Fisico:

- Number of car objects and hierarchy.
- Textures (size and extensions). And 3 folders with low, medium and high textures.
- bugs when collision fixed.
- nose cone and vertical fins fixed
- Lower lods added.

seeing as fisico didnt ask permission to use craig and my renault as a base for the force india, i cant see why you'd need to ask him permission to release it
