What´s about "Plus Tracks"? There are some files in the wad (e.g.plusmuppets and pluspitstands,...) but i can't see them ingame. What do I have to do?

I'm not entirely sure what a plus track is either, but the plusmuppets, pluspitstands files can be found in the tracks' .wad
