texture problem

How can I convert the textures from a higher resolution to a minor? is possible?

Use Slimtex. Its inside zaz tools.
To reduce drag and drop the file, select the file and put /2 and press convert.

I did not understand, when i am on this screen what should I press before convert?

Right click with mouse and select 1/2 X or 1/4X to reduce size of textures.
