a question for bojan or any othet painter (big pictures)

hi guys...i downloaded bojan's mp 18 and started working on a texture.... i'm half finished... when i put the texture in zmodeler it' was great but when it is in the game looks crapy..like this..

wha't did i do wrong and what do i have to do to fix it??





You used a car number texture as a base for importing your tga. Use a texture which is 1024x1024 in size, maybe one of Viper's.
So, open one Viper's tex file with gp4master;
import your tga, and downsample texture;
save as hi_whatever_1.tex
then do it again for other 2 texture.

I noticed people are very often using some of original car number textures (which is only 128x128) to import 3rd tga from template, which is wrong.

How exactly have you created 3rd texture? Step by step?

when making the itc mod i imported all the tgas over any old tex.
i didnt get any blurring. i just got a po hit (about 5000 or more).

i did it how you wrote...up there but the tex was still blurry...do you mind taking a look at it and changing it...??





I had the third one be blurry! Just use a different number 3 tex and replace that, it worked for me!
