how can I adjust steering wheel, helmet etc position with the gp4 tweaker?

Ok, but how can I convert values from Teameditor to gp4tweaker?
for example
st. wheel Y= -13 Z= 6

Y= -13 / 200= -0.0648

Z= 6 / 200= 0.0300
