Problem with Bojan's template/textures

I've finished my own fantasy car, and it looks perfectly fine in ZModeler, but when I play the game it doesn't look quite so perfect.
I followed the instructions on the tutorial, but it's still not right.
The textures on the nose of the car are upside down, and it basically looks like it doesn't fit the carshape, although I am using the right one.

Any help?

because gp4 uses the textures upside down in game. the textures you use in zmodeler are supposed to be made upside down(including the alpha layer) before you place it in your cars.wad. by the way where did you get that template mclaren from( please gimme the full link of the downloadable file)

Flip the tgas once ur finished, save them, then export to GP4
