Z-Modeler help

hi im trying to create a fantasy car for personnal use, and was wondering is it possible to get individual components such as the cockpit mirrors and the cockpit winglets to be copied over from one car shape to another? as they are all attached to the cockpit and im stumped about what to do,
i have also tried looking at this tutorial of how to make a gp4 car, but dusnt help my problem :/

i am a noob at Zmodeler sorry lol
any help will be appreciated

Go to faces selection, select the faces you want, detach them.
