Stutters

Hi People

Ive done a search of this forum and tried various suggestions with no luck.

Im getting stutters nearly all the time when coming out of the pit during qualifying, which comes good as soon as i clear the pits, and happens again after completing 2 laps of qual down the pit straight near the pits.

Am i looking at a texture problem to do with the pits?

I have a computer that should run GP4 quite nicely, 7600gt graphics card, pentium 4 3 gig with 2 gigs ram.

just higher PO usage around that part of the track - try a lower frame rate

Hi mate!

The problem I had was: I downloaded all 2009 cars, and all of the sudden at the start of the race, or when I can near a lot of cars, the game started studdering! EVen when I had the lowest resolution, and everything on low!


What I did was drag the all the cars .tex files into SLimtex.
Most of the tex files were 2048 by 2048, I downsized them to 1024, 1024 and then converted..

Now, I play gp4 at the best resolution with everything on high!
