Peekay's WIP Tracks

Hi guys i got a bit into trackediting some time ago but but wasn't able to do anything the last few months because i had a bit of a rough time finding a job alongside some other issues...

However most of the problems are solved and i started to progress on most of the tracks i've started ;)
They're currently VEEEEEEEEEEERy WIP but some of them are allready driveable and just need some finetuning on the .dat files before i can start to work on the graphical parts.
ATM there's no particular order i plan to finish them but maybe that'll sort out itself once i start working on the graphics ;)
And to clear things right from the beginning...these tracks are all started from scratch using the original tracks as a base.

Here's a list of the tracks i'm currently working on:
- Brands Hatch (Indy and GP circuit)
- Monterrey
- Streets of St.Petersburg
- Burke Lakefront, Cleveland
- Las Vegas street circuit
- Long Beach (Champ Car circuit but maybe also the 79' layout)
- Mexico City (various Layouts planned: old f1, champcar through stadium and standard)
- Portland
- Toronto street circuit

As you can see mainly street circuits or tracks Champ Cars racing on...i'll probably try to put together a Champ Car Mod if anyone's interested once i'm done with the circuits :)

here are some screens:
Brands Hatch Indy:

Brands Hatch GP:

Monterrey:

Streets of St. Petersburg:

Burke Lakefront Airport - Cleveland:

Streets of Las Vegas:

Long Beach:

Portland:

Toronto:

here are some shots of the land i created so far.
actually i already created a bit more but there too many objects "lying" around :-P

anyway the land between s-f straight and cooper straight is completly done! just needs some adjustment to the mapping as you will see :)
also all of the land between paddock hill bend and druids is done but also needs some mapping adjustments :D
i started with the rest of the land which lies "inside" the track and got a good chunk of it done so that should be finished until tomorrow :thumbsup

anyway here are the pics :D

let me know what you think :D

Would love to see an accurate and complete version of the Brands Hatch GP circuit, no matter who does it! :)

I provided Phil with the Brands Hatch documentary that is on the Grand Prix (the movie ;)) DVD, which contains a overview of almost every corner of this great track :) So it can only be accurate :)

Amazing work, and on so many tracks at a time.

And wow at the tracklengths, especially Monterrey, only one meter short of the real one, that's extremely precise!
