Performance went so down... Please help me!

I play GP4 on a acer extensa 5220: cpu 2.2 ghz, 2 gb ram, integrated graphic up to 386 mb... I remember i could play at medium res and get good fps... Now i use 2008 mod and even with mid res it gives me only 16 fps. It even runs better on my old pc with only 256 mb of ram...
Did you maby use Lod0 only on your laptop and not on you normal computer???

Ofcourse, because the 2008 cars have more polys and they have
more big textures. Example is the RBR4 and STR3 they have 3 2048 textures.
Just to be clear these cars i mention are fantastic to me.

No lod 0 only... And i use the same mod on both computers. The notebook has lower po of the pc but the pc gets 25 fps and the notebook only 16 fps
