Gp4 pit and lap editor

ohhh , sorry . It is me again. ANother problem. This is happening to me for the 1 st time.
I re installed gp4 , patch 9.6 , version 1.02, everything and downloaded the GP4 PIT AND LAP EDITOR, but when i select new strategies and select "import to gp4 " nothing changes. the cars are on the same stupid one stop strategies. any one knowing whats wrong .
