do you know how much i have tried to beat korn??


well tonight i spent about 4 hours trying, lap after lap!!

a few nights ago i started at 8PM and didnt stop until 3AM!!!!

7 HOURS straight trying ti improve my time

etc.

i told myself i would not go to bed until i have done a good time, which in the end was my 1.11.906.

problem was i had gone faster earlier but could not save, so i told myself i had to repeat it!


i must have racked up about 500 laps at hungary

You are crazy man! 7 straight hours?????? I get bored after no more than 2 hours, because when I can't beat my time I become dissapointed, and as I have no idea how to set up the car myself, I have to manage with downloaded setups. Luckily for Hungary I found a pretty good one, I had tried Max Rive's, but I did my time with a keyboard player's setup from f1-timer

i also get very disapointed when i crash etc. and dont improve,

and i often resort to smacking myself in the head!!!!!


but i say to myself i will not stop until i get the fastest time - my determination is really strong

but you have some reference times, Fabio, Neil and Ville, you know you can be as fast as they are. I want to be just as fast as checha, he's my target

Time is over, right? Let's move on to Spa!!!

I wanted to spend part of my Sunday hotlapping, and trying to beat Korn..... but I spent the day out.... so I´m a little fustrated!!!!

But greate win by Neil, he didn´t have much time to hotlap Hungaroring on the first week, even so he did a fantastic job on the last days of the round, and got that greate laptime.... well done Neil!!!!

I got disqualified cos I didn't read the rules. Neil, you're a heartless s*d, what a way to treat an old man, who just got new glasses and can finally read the rules.

I was using Kimi's name instead of my own. I would have come third last with 1m14s8xx

I tried changing this for the future, but using gp4 editor, I don't get any changes in the game. Have I forgotten how to do this? Refresh my failing memory.

are you using a perf file in Gpxpatch? because that usually overides anything else imputed into the game when it comes to names peformacnes BHP etc etc, so just change the name in the perf file.

Well, someone has to bring up the rear. I can't play the game for 7 hours at ago like some people. Hell, my wife feels like strangling me already now.

I'm 3rd in results, but you got 26 points and I got 24 points...
I think that Paul should be before me in results, because he did his time earlier than me.

I was discussing that with Neil yesterday, I think never mind who got better splits, the important thing is who did the lap before, like in Formula 1.... I think that´s fairer, right guys????
