New 4.3 version is online, fix many many things and bring all of the following

New "Associate GP4 files with 3DEditor" option
Now save right verge width
Black Flags cmds details
Jam/jip cmds details
Kerbs Editing
fixed Save dialog file filter
fixed all navigation buttons states
fixed camera not facing its sector
keep selected sector with Up button
keep selected line with Prev./Next buttons
Instant Track width (0xb4 & 0xB5) changes preview
Selected sector is highlighted even when editing cmds
