How to edit gp4 tweaker bin files?

lookin to edit the bin file in tweaker for 2004 gp4gamer.nl mod so i can get car out orders to work in qualrule .ini instead of random car out orders any one no how to do this?

there should be an .ini somewhere that controls it.

If you wanted to change anything else, just load it up in CSM or whatever (and don't put quickstart on), so when the gpxpatch comes up, just open up tweaker and make the changes

yea thats the way i was doing it m8 just wonedering if u can uncheck the random cars in tweaker as i see in tonys 2005 mod u can get car out orders to work when u change the qualrule.ini...thanks anyway
