For those still asking what we can or not edit yet in GP4 Tracks, here is a little answer showing that changing track layout is possible.
Yes, it is the player's car and yes I went throught original fences to go to the old Monza oval track as it is defined in the 2001 Monza Track.
The only bad effect is that the cc-line is still matching original track layout but as I moved track layout and then track physical fences, cc are going straight into the fences that are now on their way (as the rolling tyre proves) but it might be the only downside.
Once cc-line usage will be discovered, nothing will oppose to full track editing.

Of course if ever you wished to really do it, you would have to graphically displace fences, grass and every other parts in the .gp4 file, editing the .bin file to match your changes and does the same with .col file (the hard way).
For now, i have no workaround with .col and .bin files for this kind of important changes in track layout (only .bin file editing can be solve if i got working my export feature).
