Personal Mod

Hey just a few querys.

Im trying to create my own personal mod from scratch.
I just wanted to know what do i have to type in the config ini files to make all the cars work?
at the moment i have 4 folders, Car, hi, std, lo.
and what do i put in the ini file to make each driver have a helmet for the certain race for example kubicas monza helmet at monza??

Look at the 1995 mod or something and look how that is done. Look in the settings folder and you´ll quickly realize how it´s done.
