How do I install one track with TSM? (and I used the gpg search function)

Posted by BAR#10
Okay, I'm used to installing trackpack and can't figure out what's the correct way of installing one track.
See, I have 2008 trackpack installed using the 2006/07 mod by Tony/Gp4italia, now I want to install Bahhrain 1.1 and Valencia (or Indianapolis).
So Valencia has 09dat nurbringwad file.
Where do I put it and do i have to take anything out of the existing folders?
I'm used to just clicking on files and tsm takes care of anything else, here I'm not sure what's the correct way to do it.
