2007 to 2008 trackpack update WIP

Hello to everyone,

like promising some days ago, (under the name of qwertyuiop),
I have fnished the update of the original 2007 track pack to
2008 season.

As soon as I have the last author permission I will release it to
public domain


Here a description of the work:
- Update the 2007 trackpack with the new released tracks (Monza, Spa, Shanghai, Sakhir 1.1) and use of Hockenheim circuit from 2006 trackpack
- Reorder of box & pitstand
- Change of Spyker graphics with Force India
- Use of fongu's pitcrew
- Substitution of old marquees with some neutral ones
- Use of TTM's Visor
- Update Ferrari Visor to HQ to avoid squared pixel
- Minor change in some .gp4 track mesh files
- use of the same smoke & dust and tarmacbumpmap texture on all tracks
- Added magig data for 35% race lengh
- new 'official FIA' BMP loadscreen and polished GPI tracks menu image

did you also fix some faults in the track layout like barcelona new layout has many graphic problems at the new area before the pitlane entrance and fuji also have tarmac problems at the entrance of the pitlane, those are very annoying bugs, hope they get fixed also or one day ...

The Barcelona one i have fix for that faulty s3. If your interested send a pm.

2nd you dont know if its leeched or not, because you dont
have the files.

since your mod is still in the trash i can call you a leecher cause since its in the trash its proven for the moment.

And sdg didn't ask the fix smarty
