LS, Help!!!!

Firstly, thanks for answering my question in your screenshots thread but...
I've downloaded the Williams external steering wheels before but I don't understand how to install them. I did ask this question some time ago but several guys told me that they never could install them either and we came to the conclusion that there was a bug or something. Please tell me (step by step) how to do it!
I've even posted an "open question" to Bergerfan (Greg) in the past but he never replied.

If the file is a .tex file, it should be called "stwheel.tex". If not, anme it tha

Copy it into your cars.wad folder, in the same folder as everything else

cars.wad\cars

If it is a .tga then load GP4Master, and extract your wad, load up stwheel.tex from the cars.wad\cars folder

Then replace it with your TGA, downsample it, and save

Rebuidl your wad, throw it in GP4 folder and your done

i used a util called easy wad to expand the wad folder, if you read the readme.txt it tells you where to put the files, but make sure you are sure which wheel you want coz ralfs and juans are different in the t-cam view

its fairly straight forward once you fathom out how to extract the wad folder

not really plugging in that sort of sense, its the only site where you can register easily, theres no strict moderators that jump on you for offering an opinon ( like HG) and theres no hassle uploading and linking images

infact its encouraged

so all you budding editors and screenshot enthusiasts get over there and get your pics linked to here

Thanx. I dont have a very good camera. Pictures werent my main point tho...i took some videos (avi format with sound) and wav files of the cars. the videos dont lose the sense of speed like TV does tho and the sound is captured brilliantly, again, unlike TV
