Well I don't mind mapping so much nowadays, it just takes me about a couple of hours to map my shapes. But there just seems to me that there a few shapers and a few painters and not much in between...

Just as an aside, can someone explain how to use the rotate UV tool? I still struggle to map cylinders and spheres...

A couple of hours ?????
How are you doing that? It takes me much more time to map
a whole shape....
Map a car is not really difficult, it is only boring....

It all depends on the shape, I shape in a way that all the objects are nicely split up, and I map one side, copy it all over and reassign. Saves A LOT of time!

Yep of course..... I counted the time to split the objects to get parts easier to map. This action take a lot of time....
Anyway, as there is no rush needed, it's not a matter :) :)

I enjoy mapping. I've tweaked and remapped some cars in the past to make them look a bit better for my PC. :0)

Viper-Mazda. The best 11th team I've ever made. :P But its 'cause I made it. WAYHEY!!!
