A public thankyou, to the contributors J Caranti and Friends 2007 CSM Mod

I have received from Jorge (jcaranti) an amendment to the CSM2007 Mod text. This is to be inserted into a new release.
I make this public so that those who have contributed can see the thanks for their works inclusion to the mod.
I have also requested that all jcaranti copyrights references be removed as this is a community effort, aside from the compiling of course, therefore it is my considered opinion that no one person owns the copyright, the contributing community does and it is they that should be thanked for their work. This will be done.

to the mod, because without them this mod would not have been possible
to complete. They form the very essence of the mod.
