GP4: NO NEW TRACKS AVAILABLE?

I didn't play GP4 yet, but i have one question. Is it true that there are no new tracks for GP4 as updated Monaco & Magny-Cours with new configuration of come corners? 'Cause i only saw update with "pit order 2003". So is it true that there are no new tracks available for GP4???

Yes it's true, 'cause there is no track editor yet.

But will it be in near future? Is there someone who can make it? 'Cause one year ago since the release of the game and no editor???
