Hi members of the forum!

When I load GP4 from CSM, things go fine, great even, but when I get racing, I see the GP4 overlays (Speed monitor thingy, timer, and that GPS track thing).

I have disabled this in the graphics options in GP4, but it still shows up, I think I disabled a 'def.ini' file in CSM, would that affect anything?

Is this is a newb error? lol

P.S
If you use CSM, you cant use GP4 Tweaker to increase the damage without messing the exe. file up right?

Yeah that's right. You can try to disable all the panels from GPxPatch. Also check that TV overlays are disabled from the graphic options. Then try to play. If they are gone, load the panels you want from GPxPatch (eg. the F1 logo).

You probably can disable it from the configurables tab in csm.
To adjust damage levels you can double click the mod to navigate to its folder and then go to settings\csm.ini
Locate the [Misc] section and underneath find
Damage=
You can use any percentage you would like. If it's not there you can add it.
Here's an example what it could look like
[Misc]
F1graphics =
Grip =
Damage					=140
HighLodOnly =
HighLodCars =
HighLodHelmets =
HighLodFrontWheel =
HighLodRearWheel =
HighLodCockpit =

Hmmmm, through CSM I think I have tried :), they are turned off in the game and CSM I may have not looked properly,And thus the struggle continues...

I never knew about that damage changer! Ty ZaZ

I must be getting tired as I read 'helmet visors' instead of 'arcade overlay', see the similarities... no?
Anyway, those aren't in the configurables. It's a setting in your f1graphics.cfg which could cause that.
I don't know the exact line but it shouldn't be too hard to find it.

I found this on about line 70.
0; TV style overlays on track cameras.
you can edit the .cfg file in notepad, or with Zaz's editor.
