help me!!

i know it sounds ridiculous for me to have 22 players selected whilst running GP4, but I have to so that I can run my website properly (www.geocities.com/mff1championship). Everytime 22 players are selected Gp4 crashes at random points in the game. Everytime I reload the game then it crashes again at the same point. This is extremely frustrating as everytime on my site in the race report I have to make an excuse such as "the er... safety car came out and bunched the field up again" and have to restart the race again and modify all the performance settings so that all the players are lined up in the order that they were before the game crashed. does anyone know a solution to this constant crashing? if so plz tell me!
