This is a mod isn't it, not original? If it is a mod installed, does it run without it? Which mod is it? It is likely it is corrupted. Download again or try another. One post for the log is enough.

There seems to be a problem with the track and cars.wad. If you are using the original gp4 (no mods) and it is not working, then replace all .wad files with the defualts, then it should work :)
Reinstalling gp4 should work as well.
