Because GP4 would run well too slow over a Serial Cable, just not enough data transfer for it to support it. I'm having enough trouble with speed trouble accross TCP/IP as it is!

but inorder to play a Championship season you must have it in 2 player mode and i don´t now how to do it.
In TCP/IP network there is now qualifying for the race.
And i maybe lied to you about our connection. I think it´s could "cross" or "switsh" cable. You use it from you network card to his network card without a hub.

Please help me on how to play a championship season with two computer.

There is no serial mode or championsip mode in GP4. REad the readme file and you will see this.

Descent 3, C & C Generals, Independance War 2, Starfleet Command 2,

Yes, its called a Crossover Cable, to bypass the hub, problem is it only connects two computers, however it does work with GP4 quite well!

I have the same problem.
But I look´t in the manual and it says you must enter 2 player. But I don´t know where.

If anyone finds out let me know. OK :) :)
