fictional track "Sloring"

hello guys, here is my fictional track: [rapidshare.de]. It is my first editing attempt, so don't expect too much. Well, at least I hope it works for you like it works on my pc. I know that the terrain around the track is not perfect, but this is due to the lack of knowledge I have about Zmodeler and 3d studio max.
I tried to make you feel like driving in the park, located in the middle of a big city.
You also need to check debug mode in gpxpatch, otherwise you will have ctd problem on esc.

There are really nice curves on your track, the chicane is really challenging!

I only have 2 remarks:
1) place more signs (100m, 50m,...) because it's hard to find braking points!
2) How come if i press Esc that the game crashes?

I am happy that you like it, sniper. Well, to comment your remarks: it is no problem to add more signs. I'll do that when I have some time. But there is only one way to avoid crash to desktop, as far as I know: when you open gpxpatch, you must check "start gpx in debug mode" box and maybe set verbosity to medium. I don't know where this "escape" problem comes from.

great track ! I got a CTD first time I pressed ESC, but the 2nd time, nothing happened

Feedback from me.. beautiful track.. well layed out & fun to drive...ctds but hey, who doesn't...nice use of objects from different tracks as well.i like the shorter towny tracks so excelent..... well done & thanks..

you don't , just make a back up copy of the files you are over writing

turn on the debug mode and the game doesn't crashes to desktop.

As for the crashing.. You gotta use GpxPatch in Debug mode .

To get the track overview :

Press 8 above the character keys on the keyboard while using GpxPatch

is there anywhere else to download the track?,i just can`t get it from rapid share cos of my router

WHAT? lol yea all the buildings are from Melbourne but meh, that doesn't matter, it still looks better than what I've produced to date, mind you, I do get side-tracked with a lot of other stuff, so maybe once most of that is out of the way I can start on some quality tracks...

OMG!!!! This is very very VERY great track!! O_o!! Very nice to drive. There are shikane, hippings, long turns and long straights! Awesome!

(size 5,75 Mb) for download, is it the same one I could get from rapidshare ?
