TeamEditor in Windows Vista

I downloaded Lo2K´s TeamEditor, but when I install the file I get the message TeamEditor.exe doesn't wotk anymore. I think is related to my operating system. At my old PC I used Windows XP and the Editor worked fine, but last week I bought a new notebook with Vista as new OS and since then the TeamEditor comes with this message. Is there any way to let TeamEditor work is Vista?

It works fine on Vista for me so I don't think it's the OS

try to run it in compatibility mode. ive had lots of programs not working because of missing dlls, then i just download dll and put in program directory and works again.

It works now The thing I did was: Right click -> Run as Administrator.
