half wheels in cockpit

why , when the wheels spin in cockpit view half of them is missing?

i think i've heard this problem before and i searched but couldnt find

open your f1graphics.cfg and make sure you have this line...

1 ; Rotate wheels via textures v2

it's very likely you have it set to 0
