yes it is

i think its one that hega modified for his complete 2006 set based on stifflers steering wheels. Those you can find at gp4world.

Hey I wonder what happened there? The ends look like they slid down. (Same thing happens to me at times for no reason.)

my be he didn't add the steering ends

If you have a problem with your steering wheel (as shown in the 1st post/picture)
just change your:
"1 ; Full 32bit textures" line in your f1graphics.cfg file to
"0 ; Full 32bit textures"
