A search on google recommends searching your drive for an autorun.inf file, if found, delete it, reboot. Then try the GP4 install again.
Maybe Gav will spot this post, he is our resident guru and maybe can offer some advice, meanwhile try what google suggests
Have you installed Nero btw?
