Le Mans (24h) track length is nearly 14 km. GP4 allows something like 7 km only.

I love Le mans.

Does anyone has a track plan in pdf, or svg or png file?

I think it´s possible to convert it to a 3ds file... I could do that and send to someone interested on develop this project.

The Circuit Bugatti au Mans, shorter (4.273 km), could be built.

Coordinates are 47°57'13"N 0°12'42"E. I could build a map from Google Earth but I don't have enough time now.
