download virgin, help needed

Hello.

I have just registered for this site and wonder if anyone can give me a brief guide (or direct me to such a guide) on physically what i do from downloading something to incorporating it into my GP4 game. I have had GP4 for a while but have never downloaded any updates for any games. At the moment would love to have a go at getting 2006 or 2007 tracks and 2006 or 2007 car liveries.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
