how 2 track undulations?

i downloaded sometime ago a file that made the original circuits more undulated : ie more bumpy. would like to make some of the new 2006 circuits ive downloaded, and add more of a bumpiness feel, as i find them jst way 2 smooth. could someone tell me how to do this and what tool i need to do this. thanks

I heard about magic data bump table but I never delt with it myself...

The bump table tells at which tracksector and how hard a bump is felt.
