Wind Blur effect?

im using Gp4 Tweaker to add a few more effects to get my game looking as good as i can and the bottom menu has a tick box for a wind blur effect. I turned this on and nothing happens, i would love this effect, if any1 klnows if and how i can get this effect to work it would be brilliant. Thanks in advance

that blur effect is for the rain drops I believe

When it rains, in track cameras, and with the use of tweaker, also in t-cams you can get raindrops on your lens.

When the car is driving the drops are moving to the sides of the lens if you enable this wind blur effect, not just a blur effect because of driving fast.

Yep you are right its only when it rains you see the effect but its very realistic with this effect on !!!
